Welcome to Shreveport Little Theatre & Academy's Matilda Jr. Camp 2!

Join us for an exciting theatrical journey where creativity and talent shine! This camp is open to all new and returning Academy students who have completed grades K-8. Dive into the magical world of Matilda Jr. as we prepare for unforgettable performances.

Camp Details:

• Rehearsal Dates: June 3rd - June 6th, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  & June 9th - 13th 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Open Auditions: May 10th (Registration required)
• Performance Dates: June 13th, 14th, & 15th

Tuition:

• Full Camp: $250 (includes nonrefundable $100 audition fee)
• Audition Only: Option to pay the nonrefundable $100 audition fee, with the balance due later

Important Note: Attendance at every rehearsal and performance is mandatory for all participants.

Matilda Jr. Timeline

March 18 -  Online Registration, Nonrefundable Audition Fee, and Audition Time Slot Reserved

May 10th –10:00 am – Auditions begin at Shreveport Little Theatre. 

Time Slots must be reserved and Registration Packet  must be turned in with the Nonrefundable Audition Fee.

May 16th - Last day to withdraw from Matilda Jr. 

May 17th - Headshot And Bio due on Theaterforms. Ads for Program due.

May 26th–  Tuition Balance Due if not paying in full

For Second Camp

June 3rd - June 6th – Daily Rehearsals Begin 1:30 - 4:30 pm

June 9th -13th - Daily Rehearsals Begin at 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

June 13th – Opening night 6:00 pm

June 14th – 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 5:00 pm performances

June 15th – Closing night 2:00 pm performance  Strike
