Refund and Exchange Policy
Please note that all ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, we are happy to accommodate ticket transfers to another performance date, subject to availability. If you would like a transfer, please give at least 24 hours notice by contacting our Box Office Manager at 318-424-4439. Thank you for your understanding and support!

General Policies
Curtain Time — Curtain time will be strictly observed. Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager and ushers. Theatre etiquette is expected at all times. Patrons are requested to be in their seats at least fifteen minutes before curtain time.
Photographing and Recording Performances — The possession and/or use of photographic or recording devices of any kind in the theatre is strictly prohibited.
Ticket Policy — For non-season members, all reserved tickets must be paid for with cash, check, or credit card at least 48 hours prior to date of the performance.
Absolutely no refunds will be given, but, depending on availability, tickets that have een paid for may be transferred from one performance date to another, provided the proper 24 hour notification has been given to the Box Office Manager.
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to The Shreveport Little Theatre as a tax-deductible contribution.
Season Policy — Scheduled productions may be changed due to casting considerations or rights availability beyond the control of The Shreveport Little Theatre.
Student Rush — A limited number of tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to high school and college students five minutes prior to show time for $10.00, cash only with valid student ID in person at the performance venue. Student rush is subject to availability and only one ticket may be purchased per student ID. (Line forms one hour prior to curtain.)
